It's been boring but fair, not like when Glover won a couple of years where conditions were easy in the morning and impossible in the afternoon. Conditions almost perfect the entire 3 days so far, Rory has just shown his absolute superiority over this field.

Add the fact that this golf course is not even playing like a U.S. Open golf course. Players are being able to hold the greens and usually U.S. Open greens are dried out and rock hard so it is almost unfair. I don't watch the U.S. Open to see players shooting 60s every round. Under par rounds are being dropped like a regular weekend. Not to mention the fact that you have to listen to Johnny Millers dumbass for 4 hours a day. I can't stand NBC golf coverage.

The weather was a big reason for the low scores and it may not be Augusta but The Congressional still a good course.

I do agree that watching loads of 65-66s and going into a sunday with a leader so far ahead does not make for an interesting golf tourney.

Yes, this one is a little less thrilling in comparassion to recent events...but that's only because Rory has ran away with the tournament. Not much NBC/ESPN can do about that.
