Wigley Field wind blowing in today?

I'm assuming it is with the O/U only at 8, but it says only blowing 7mph.

Does 7mph make much of a difference there?

I figure with the Yankees sluggers and Burnett pitching, the over looks good, but I'm scared of how much the wind is actually blowing.
