    Many Overlays in the Belmont
Big Brown turned out to be a real sucker bet as Crazyl and others correctly pointed out beforehand. The winner went off at 38-1, but you could have had him at much higher fixed odds at some books. On Saturday, I shopped three books and made six $20 bets at fixed odds on six different horses--all 50-150% better than the odds at Belmont. Five lost, and my winner was at 95-1....more than double the track odds.

I'm Hogalishious! Ok, I can't do the Dodif strut, but my point is that if you shop for +Ev prices, it'll eventually pay off.

Thanks, Crazyl. You had this race pegged very early. If the heavy favorite can't win, then a huge betting opportunity exists for all the others. Good call; I owe you a few beers.
