I hate the lakers and every single sports team from California! All my friends and everyone else around are die hard Laker fans! F*CK the lakers. I would never live anywhere else than California but the sports are terrible here in my opinion.

the sports are not terrible here, the fans are terrible because they are so fair weather. consider this: usc is dominant in college football, winning 2 nt's in the past 5 yrs, runner up once, ucla has made the final 4 for 3 straight yrs, the chargers made the afc title game, the lakers are in the nba finals, the angels won the ws in 2002, the anaheim mighty ducks have been excellent in hockey,
golden st beat dallas last yr in the biggest upset in nba playoffs history, an 8 seed over a 1 seed. hell, even fresno state football has been called "giant killers" for all the upsets they had over big programs in the earlier part of this decade

i disagree that the sports are horrible, what is horrible are the fans, most of them dont know shit about the sport, and they only come out to root when the teams are winning, fair weather to the nth degree

If I was from California I probably would be agreeing with you. I am from Illinois and all my sports teams are from when I was a kid growing up. What is worse than Laker fans are Dodger fans.. they are the worst!
