I'm new to the forum so hope I'm getting this process of complaining right.
I signed up to cashpoint.com on the 4th June 08 and deposited £25 via moneybookers off my **** card.
Moneybookers confirm the £25 is in cashpoint's account.
Cashpoint show my balance as £0 and have not responded to any emails.
I've emailed the address from this site and also the online contact form on their site.
I should have also had a €25 free bet but right now I'm more concerned about my deposit.
I'd appreciate any help.
