Played Jacks or Better ( 1hand), and they offer a double or nothing option if you win. I played 1 dollar for about 3-4 hours yesterday, and came out about 3.5k ahead.
Soon after I start playing 5 dollars(Maximum on their site). I lose about 500 dollars (20 hands), but I finally realize that they dont offer double or nothing on 5 dollar Jacks or Better. Im still up roughly 3k, but I asked for a refund because I never would of played the 5 dollar game if it didnt offer double or nothing. It doesnt state on the website that it doesnt offer it, and the other 4 options (.05, .25,.5,1 dollar) all offer the double up option.
I think its pretty shitty of them to expect me to know that they dont offer it on the 5 dollar game, when there is nothing on the website to indicate it.
It may not be profitable for them to offer it on the 5 dollar rounds, but they should notify customers before they play. Cost me roughly 500 dollars.
