Lakers -1 is essentially a pick 'em so why not wait until halftime to bet game 2?

You get to watch an entire half of the game you're betting on. You get to see how Paul Pierce is, you get to see the adjustments both teams have made, you get to see how both teams are handling the pressure, etc....

As long it's reasonably close like last time (within five points either way at halftime), you'll almost certainly get another shot at essentially a pick 'em bet.

With so many variables and x-factors in this game, this the wise way to play it, imho. What do you think?

Listen to how the Celtics are talking in this article, they're talking like Pierce will be out:

“I’ve always told guys when somebody’s out, I said, ‘You should be flirting with triple-doubles. Try to get more rebounds, you have more opportunities to pass the ball,”’ Allen said.

“I would assume the ball will find them more, but I don’t want to, again, change who we are and how we play if, let’s say, Paul was not effective or couldn’t go,” Rivers said. “We’re going to play our same game, we’re going to move the ball the same. Different guys will just have to touch the ball.”

This is why I'm saying waiting until halftime is a good idea, who knows what Pierce is gonna be like?

All you've got to do is read Dark Horse's thread on the refs. The guy calls it right every time.

        Seeing is believing.
