In most states, they distinguish between 14 and older, versus 13 and younger. If you sleep with a 14 year old and you convince a jury that you reasonably thought she was legal (16 or 18 depending on the state), it's no foul. With 13 or younger, it's often treated as child molestation where it doesn't matter what you thought.

If I was this girls father, I'd be ashamed of myself. According to the story, once the 22yo man discovered this girl who looked the part wasn't acting the part in some of her mannerisms/mentality, HE himself went to the father asking about it. The father then confirmed his suspicions, and then called the cops on him.

From the pictures this girl showed, she was physically mature enough and looked old enough to pass as 18yo. Her website misrepresented her age, and I don't think anyone here without knowing would guess she wasn't 18 if they didn't already know. How can you as a father not put a stop to this after your daughters already sent one man to jail with her internet lies?
