they are from a off track site....cal expo in california

its not like I spent a mint....$8 to be exact

and I think this would be a different scenario than cigar....what BB is attempting to do today hasent been done in 30 years

I am not debating that, was just comparing a situation where people bet the $2 win to have a collector's item and people are buying these because they could not get across the country to place the on-track wager, which makes the item worthwhile.
