Well what did the Heat miss this year? Inside toughness, rebounding, inside post scoring. Who in the NBA fits these categories like a glove? D. Howard. Take away any 1 of the big Miami 3 and add D. I'd like to think that Howard is a relatively intelligent guy. He has seen what happened to Lebron's image this year after he decided to join Wade instead of competing against him. While Bosh and James helped get to the finals, it's obvious the Heat need D-Wade more than they need LBJ or Bosh. Just watch the film in games that "matter". Even more disturbing is watching them play this game you never got the feeling that they understood the moment and played with no urgency. I would be surprised if they trade Bosh.
They definitely need a better bench and Lebron and Wade need to play better together. At times it does seem like there isn't enough ball for them both or they lack some chemistry especially in important moments.
