forget OT, what about a 6 pt game with 1 min to go.. even if it is so low scoring that you need 17 pts in the last minute to beat you, if it's a 5 to 8 pt game with around 1 min to go, there is a decent chance that all those fouls and 3's will put the game over.

in nba, you really are never safe with unders with OT and late fouling.. i hate nba unders. you are never safe till the final buzzer sounds, no matter what pace it's on.
