......well, that's not really true, but.....

My buddy had to back out on our trip to Miami for game 6, so I was just going to go alone. I'm fine with that. I enjoy going places by myself. Las Vegas, movies, etc....all great experiences solo. But after reading so much lately about the SF Giant fan that got assaulted in LA, this plan had her a little concerned. I'm not going to travel to watch my team if I can't wear my team colors, and yell my ass off during the game. Sad part is, I'm not so sure that's the safest thing to do anymore.

If it was just me, it might be different. But with her and our daughter, just the fact that you even have to consider this gives you pause about going. So I'll be watching my Mavs win from back here in Texas! At least this way, I can yell my ass off and know the only people I might piss off is my neighbors!!
