anyone here live in daytona,fl or tampa are that can pm me?

I have recently taken a job that will move me to daytona later this year, but now i have another job that i can take which is in tampa or that area. I am trying to decide what is best for me.. As most of you know I am a huge beach fan and both places have beachs so i will be in paradise. Not sure which one to take though. One in daytona i am making less now but have a chance to make more next year while the one in tampa makes more now. Any help would be great. I guess i am just looking for suggestions or places to live in the two areas that are not crime ridden or way overpriced. would be great from someone who knows it. Looking for an apartment near the water for now in the two areas.

I prefer Daytona and pretty sure it is a little cheaper than Tampa for housing.
