Problems will be here for numerous years. We were due a selloff. Would be good spot if we bottom around mid July and then would set up for a nice bounce. Playing out like last year on the calendar.

We should package & bundle sub-prime mortgages and sell them as hedge funds

Maybe. Put up some $5 gallon gas and $5 bread and I will be just fine. Got plenty of groceries growing in my back yard. Also got some kid getting me 100 gallons of diesel fuel for $150 a pop. The American way.

With the stock market and the housing market this is a very unique time.
This is when millionaires are made and millionaires become billionaires. This is a fact.

Of course, don't be so fooled & gullible because that's what got us in this mess in the first place. Of course any guy is gonna jump at a chance to make 10 billion were the stupid ones allowing this to happen with unregulated markets and so on. Capitalism, in the sense of a completely free market, does not work and will never work until we elimate greed which will never happen.

It's not "the sky is falling." It's China is coming. I guess we are trying to clean up the world in our last hurrah as a nation. Then we can join forces with the rest of our hopefully 99% of world allies. Libya will be our alie soon. America the soap opera.

More like many millionaires fall from the ranks and a few become billionaires. The rich get hurt more when all assets fall in value and the poor aren't as affected as much and actually can benefit as housing prices fall into their buy range.

You got people stealing from the government everyday. I go to work and pay my taxes, but if a good deal comes around I take it and don't ask any questions.

Buying opportunities up ahead.
The Average Joe likes to buy high and then cross their fingers and hope it goes even higher. And when it goes low they start tripping and pull all their money out. Look for American companies who do a lot of business overseas, but are taking a dive because of large scale sell offs by the average Joe.

I'm right there with you. I feel a consumption tax would be the fair thing to have.

Fishhead quit asking people questions and expecting HONEST ANSWERS.
You never give HONEST ANSWERS when people ask you a question.
