I really think the answer to that is no never. I think the only way Pinny will be back in the US market is if a new law makes things completely different in the US, and if that happens, there will be dozens of Vegas casinos and other outfits stepping in so big and so fast that it won't matter much at all that Pinny is "back" for US players, the whole industry paradigm will be different.
I don't think it will ever be the case where "ok Vegas casinos still can't have internet sites, but Pinny can come back". That will never happen.

When Vegas eventually goes online Pinnacle will already be back. O/U on that? 4-5 years? Pinnacle is competing with major corner shops in the UK that are online and doing more than ok.
