But this was confusing to me since ganja is so much cheaper than blow in Canada.

I think you might have misread it. What they do is Canadians take weed which is a lot cheaper in Canada and smuggle it into the US, they then trade it for a certain amount of Coke which is cheaper in the US and then sell it in Canada where its more expensive, so that way they make a much larger profit than just by selling the weed to Canadians.

Thing is, neither would come close to weighing a gram I am sure.
And both are shit for the most part.

So the same as in CR. 10,000 colones = $20 USD. That's the tourist price though. Cut it in half to get the local price.
