Points Not Showing Up

Idk if others are having problems, but I haven't gotten any points received since last night.

I was given 4 points (2 points, twice) from 'spankie' and then my daily 12. I didn't get any points from trivia....so my point balance should be 16.

Could you please look into this SBR? Thank you.

Bear with me because I'm on cold meds but your log is showing you as getting your points today but you were in the hole and actually have a balance of -4.

For some reason, twice you had a negative balance. You were transferring points to the book when your log showed you as not having them. Is that right?

I'm not exactly sure. I transferred yesterday into the sportsbook and I wasn't back on SBR til late last night. I never saw a negative balance. The last balance I remember having was zero.

Ok. I've forwarded this on to an Admin to look at from the back end of the system so they can figure out what's going on with your account.
