Always wondered why a team that was on a 15-0 run must take a mandatory timeout in each qtr??? Oddly enough... how about going on a 15-0 run late stages of the 4th qtr and still needing to take a timeout? Doesn't make much sense does it??? Oh wait... there's a spread involved?? What???
