As others have noted, BetJam does indeed have live betting. For example, check out the NBA tomorrow during commercial breaks. Not the best out in my opinion, but live betting nonetheless.....

I find this annoying too, especially the lack of tennis. I have lots of rollover there from the sbrstore, and the lack of betting options makes it hard to meet.
