yeah , pierce had his feet on the ground when he was fouled , then he jumped up after the contact . if your feet are firmly on the ground when you recieve contact and you are not in motion or on the run then it is just a foul .
is easier to see though on instant replay than in realtime ..

is purely just entertainment
