I'm starting to think there's no rhyme or reason to how the system decides on what constitutes a 10pt, 50pt and 125pt question.

My 10pter was some bloody nonsense about what school did some no name player get drafted from in 1999. I fluked it out and then for 50pts I got a question about the Falcons and who won 2 consecutive trophies of some sort in the early '90s (maybe MVP, not sure). The only well-known name on the list was the right answer. The only way I could see someone getting that wrong is if they thought it was a trick question.

I had that one right when trivia started. I remember bitching on here about it. And someone came in the thread and said they knew it because they were massive UCLA/Wooden fans but that it'd be bloody difficult to know if you weren't. Some of these questions are just silly.

Seems like the 10 pointers have gotten a lot harder lately. They used to be easy as pie and I would get the 10 pointer 90% of the time. I think I have had 4 or 5 in a row now where I either got it wrong or had to blindly guess at and got lucky.

I went on a long, long stretch like that. Ridiculously hard 10pt questions that I'd either get wrong or just fluke the correct answer.

And then it's like it flip flopped. Ridiculously easy 10pt questions and even the 50pters were relatively easy.

Now I'm at hard 10pter, easy 50. No clue what goes on with this trivia thing
