I feel the nucks will put a stranglehold on this series tonight with a hard fought win. Thomas has been stellar so far and the bruins have nothing to show for it. Kaberle and chara have been awful in this series. Bos will come out hard but will slowly lose the balance of play and van will settle down and pull out the win.

I think Boston win tonight. Last change will be a huge advantage for Boston against a top heavy team team like Vancouver. Julien is very good as playing match-ups on home ice. The Sedin/Burrows line will never see ice time without Big Z and the Bergeron line out there against them. That line should be a non-factor. If Vancouver are going to win, Kesler or the third line will need to have a great game.

Why do people think bos will win just cause they are at home? Bos is a square play tonight. They won't win cause they have to. Van will be loose on the road. Bos will be tight if they don't score in the first ten minutes.

Just because that is what the Canadian homer articles at tsn tell you doesn't make it true. Boston's bottom 6 forwards had 43 playoff points coming into the series, Vancouver's bottom 6 forwards had 13 playoff points. Vancouver has 9 regulars with 5 points or lower in the playoffs, Boston 3 players. Hell, even everyone on Boston's 4th line was in double digits in goals this season. Vancouver have the better high end talent but Bruins easily have the better depth.

At first glance I liked Boston, after further review, I think Vancouver is the play.

The average Joe will think Boston wins this game because they were "close" in games one and two and this is a must win game at home. If Boston can play the Nucks that close in Vancouver, surely they will win a must win game 3 right??????? Wrong.
