    An athlete's lunch
    Rub olive oil, salt and pepper over red and orange bell peppers and roast in oven. Let cool, peel off skin.

    Cut in half and roll peppers up with pancetta, basil leaves and goat cheese.

    10 of these and you've got lunch!

      I'm far from an athlete, but I enjoyed a ham/provolone sandwich on 100% whole wheat.
