yup. one of the banks i worked at was in a really small podunk town that really only had rednecks, farmers and blacks. i was in the loan processing dept. so i got to see all the loans that came through. granted this was maybe 6-7 years ago, but this bank was handing out $300-400 loans to people just to pay their fukkin bills.

on a side not i noticed on a bunch of older loans i saw some of the collateral that people put up back in the 70's and 80's and it made me LOL! most of it was cattle. i did see someone that had office furniture as collateral
