This is true, I actually read reports specifically about how "pissed" Shields was about that Boston game, and look what he did the next time out. The reports were all about how he didn't talk to anyone, was hyper focused, etc etc etc.

I am very wary of this game, I will probably stay off it completely.

The red sox will probably take it. Shields is only good at home. I guess he suffers from Red Sox syndrome. The only shot TB had at winning the series was last night and they blew that.

The Sox aren't the best team in Baseball. That's a lot of bull. In fact, I think they win a lot at home not based on skill, but based on the messed up proportions of fenway. Think about a majority of Manny Ramirez homers at home. They all go over the Green Monster. The Green monster is not very far from home plate, but very tall relative to other walls. The point i am trying to make is that the Sox base their lineup around the stadium. Another example is Mike Lowell. These guys benefit from the monster more than opposing teams. That is why there is such a difference between their home skill and their away skill.
