I know I am new here and probably have no room/creditability to speak but I have been a mod at several forums over the years and I must say the way you are going about this is NOT the way. The way to go about it is to write the SBR staff a letter with why you would like to work here with a little background on yourself,etc,etc. I would love to work at a forum again and for cash as the forums I have worked at were non paid positions and I did it for the love of the hobby. I could go on and on but I will stop here and hope you take my two cent advice. This post alone was not a good choice or the way to go about it either. If you would have done this on the sites I have worked for well you wouldn't be there.

I am not starting anything but giving advice being a forum mod over the years.
