5dimes recently refused to pay out some people in their casino--citing a bad game design.

My question is this--did they refund the prior players who played the same casino game and had a net loss?

I got mine refunded but only after I posted my chats on here and filed a complaint. Tony closed my account because of it though.

clarkacal...so you were a net loser at the casino game in question (the one that had a big payout winner that was not paid) and when you pointed out that you were a net loser and wanted a refund-- you had to file a complaint and get SBR involved in order to get your money and than they closed your account?

If you answer yes to this than this shows 5dimes taking advantage of the players.

5Dimes wrote to SBR after the conclusion of this case saying they are refunding all losers of this game from March 1 on, the time when the bot player started and they show the payout odds were at 112%. 25 players will see a credit to their account at the start of the week. note: Crediting casino game losers during that time is something they wanted to do after the dispute and was not suggested by SBR and wasn't part of any resolution. March 1st is the date the bot-player started.

Thanks for sharing that Shari. I did not know this information and well...as much as I hate to admit it...it does portray 5dimes as trying to do the right thing...damn that was hard to say

Sorry you feel that way frizzelli but I like to have debates and discussions that are fact based. People simply posting "I hate Tony" doesn't teach me anything or help me at all. If someone has a problem with this or any other book, I like to learn about it and see what's going on without people letting their personal feelings get in the way. And regardless of the book, if something isn't factual and I was aware of it, I'd post it. Inaccuracies don't help any of us make a better decision as to where to invest our cash.
