I havent read the thread other than with what you said in your first post. This is a win either way. The line is fuked. Lakers are a great team but after Ive looked at it shouldnt be favored. This is whats going to happen for the first game.(Now I cant determine exact odds) but Celtics win game one, Odds shift from celts being dogs to them being favs...you arb and thats it. and there's your ticket to why the LAL are -190.. because if they made them -120, they would be gambling and they'd be sweating a 10:1 ratio on LAL.. and books don't want this. .this is how books go out of business.. they get greedy and want to make money fast..

but evening out their books in this series at LAL -190 does even it out and this is why it's -190 and not BOS -125..

whereas if BOS win game 1 and you scalp it.. I believe BOS will be -140/+130 for the series now (approx)

so you take LAL +130 and if you originally bet 1k on the series, you are guaranteed approx 250 bucks..
