Why are the Cowboys such low SB odds 6-1?

The Boys have not won a playoff game in nearly 12 years, and at least 3 teams in the AFC are far better. I would love to take a futures risk on the Boys, but I cannot get 10-1 odds? Has anyone seen the Boys at 10-1 or better?
