2. Players who do not deposit in the listed time-frames will win 25% of the cash prize in SBR Points. Players can deposit at anytime to be eligible for cash prizes for the subsequent month. All contestants must enter a valid Legends account regardless of if they choose to play for SBR Points.
3. SBR employees and members of their family are prohibited from claiming any prizes.
4. In the event of any tie, prize amounts will be split and combined equally.
5. Must make a minimum of 70 picks per month to qualify for that month's prizing. Must make a minimum of 140 picks to qualify for Grand Prizing.

- Players must deposit $50+ into their Legends accounts after April 11th, 2011. New accounts must be created via the Promo Link, and are eligible for an exclusive 33% bonus on deposits of $100+.
- This is a one-time funding requirement. Inter-book transfers, SBR Store promotions or bonus cash do not satisfy the deposit requirement.
- Posters that join after the contest starts must have made their $50 deposit by the 15th of that month to be able to claim cash winnings. Posters who join after the 15th are eligible for cash only if their deposit is made prior to picks being placed.
