Safe UK books already don't accept customers, if the customer live in a country having a prohibition (US, France,Turkey,Japan it doesn't matter) most Gilbatar books and Malta books don't accept customers from America. by the way, some of euro books may accept customers from all over the world but there is not so much deposit and payout methods for americans. All I know that most e-wallets banned in US. I'm wrong? Also most europans single-use deposit cards (paysafe or ..ukassh) but you can not provide them in US
