I used to play at Carib - never sent them any emails. They had some online messaging system where you would go back and forth with them. To their credit, the responses were really fast.

Just didn't like the betting interface. Granted this is back in the Neteller days where you could move money anywhere within minutes.

SBR was in Ireland at the Gaming show last week where a lot of new European books expressed interest in banner positions. Our traffic has doubled year over year meaning more opportunities for them.
