This is the double-standard at it's finest... A girl kills a dude with a punch and she gets battery? If a guy does it to the girl under the same circumstances, he's getting 2nd degree murder at least! The crux of this story is that her (boy)friend was canvassing everyone to make the deal... It didn't just happen randomly like a lot of those drunk party bets do. This guy knew his girl would **** shit up and was hoping someone's pride would overtake them. This pimp/hoe duo have probably knocked out tons of guys... They even told people to use cover-up stories about how the guy died. But ultimately, a deal is a deal... A verbal contract was made.
