correlated parlay

What is a correlated parlay? Different books have different examples in their terms of service and it seems players have different ideas of what constitues a CP. I realize if I take tampa bay -1.5 and on the money line that would be very obvious. I would just like a solid once and for all explanation if there is one. Thanks

Like parlay Mariners and the under when they are at home, becausue they cant score so if they win probably low scoring and no bottom of 9th
