Anyone have any stories about playing action or no action on baseball where you were away from the scoreboard where you lost a bet you heard just on the radio scores and it turned out there was a pitcher scratch getting your money back.Or vice versa where you were excited you won a big bet when you just heard the score not knowing there was a pitcher scratch.
I can picture someone doing some stuff like making life decisions thinking they won or lost a big bet not knowing they didn't win or lose the bet like they thought they did.Breaking off a relationship because they thought they had enough money now to move on in life.etc.A million scenarios.Buy a motorcycle at a bar on impulse when you were getting drunk celebrating your win.
I knew a guy that went on a week long fishing trip to Canada totally away from communication and he forgot to put a stop loss limit sell order on a stock he owned before he left that tanked and lost him a ton of money.
Why don't they do the action-no action for hockey with goalies and football for quarterbacks if they are scratched late from the lineup?
