Does anyone watch Ice Road Truckers on the History Channel?Those guys are absolutely nutso for doing it even if the money is great.Now they are going to be driving on frozen ocean salt water starting next week in the new season and that's even worse than lake ice.I live in an area where idiots ice fish in the winter where they plow roads on lakes and every year a few people drown.
The personality of these people who do this stuff is abnormal and out of the bunch it shows on that tv show only 2 or 3 of the people are normal.They are pretty crude people.Most of the guys need money bad and they are always calling home to the old lady saying they want to quit and you can tell that the wife isn't too happy about it.hehe!
So,do you think anyone would insure these truck drivers?
P.S.It is very competitive between the drivers as to who gets the most loads hauled in a season etc.so I'm sure there is betting going on up there.
This whole thing would make for great betting if an offshore sportsbook wanted to make odds on how many people drown,how many trucks go through the ice that can't be recovered etc.etc.The props are endless.I'm sure you could get government statistic documents.A good prop would be,how many of the truck drivers get divorce papers served during the season.
