Actually I've thought about it and if they added a day to the settlement period it would throw off their weeklong schedule, I don't know exactly what they should do, if their server was down for legitimate reasons I guess there's not much they can do, but definitely it will piss many of their customers off especially ones right on the verge of +/- 400
