Only Emails I ever get is confirming deposits and payouts.

Never get anything asking to reload or give me a bonus. Probably because I've always had money in there.

Never gotten one email or phone call from them. Possibly because I'm up in their book lifetime. Bookmaker on the other hand. Lost plenty of money there and I get an email about everyday
