I am taking a break until late October. It really isn't that bad once you get past the first week or so. Stick with it and it'll be fine. If you can't handle it and bet again, YOU WILL LOSE. It always happens when you vow to take time off but then break that vow.

Take a break spend some time doing something you enjoy besides gambling, then come back refreshed and ready. Dont over think your picks, gambling is a game of streaks, some bad some good.
