1.) Of the list provided I already belong to 5Dimes, Betjam, and Bodog. Excluding these sites, what site do you think will be best value?

2.) Do any of these sites besides 5Dimes offer reduced juice?

3.) Any other tricks/loopholes I should know about before signing up?
