That's correct. I don't know about seizing accounts etc. I know they usually can with drug charges, so it may well be the same.
In any event, this is not the type of prosecution that would be commenced unless they were damn sure of getting a conviction... It would have taken a lot of planning and work before they finally pulled the trigger. Most, i would have thought, are in trouble.
