I have felt your pain. I am just a little older than you and lost 500K in a marriage. Started feeling sorry for myself and drinking alot. That only numbs the pain and when you wake up the same problems are still there. That is when you have to go in attack mode. Attack your addictions by hanging with positive people. You need to get out of that room and do something. There is plenty of free professional help out there if you want it. No one can help you but yourself. Na or AA might be a start to at least hear others stories that have been in your situation and even worse.
