Love these big races with the big fields. Sets up for some sweet exotics, if you pick six or seven horses with long odds mixed in. I had the first four horses in the Derby, and four of the first five in the Preakness. Shackleford slipped through. Went back to see what I missed, and learned something. But not enough to change my approach of key signatures. One of these years I'm hitting the Derby superfecta. Just getting warmed up.

I had the exactor, whishing I had played it as a tri because I had astrology in there too. Think it was 1400 for the tri while I cashed 171 for a #3 exactor.

Went for 'Dialed In' based on the large bonus in play for him but this has horse had nothing once again. Pimlico favours speed horses plain and simple and Shackelford was one of them. I think people thought he would get hooked up in a speed duel hence his large price.

Hit the BES/Preakness double for 220, and hit the pick 3 in Races 9-10-11 that paid a whopping 9 bucks Was live to the Preakness in the pick 3 starting in the 10th but Shackleford ended that.
