I quit for a while after years of hammering my body..story was very close to yours...in all honesty I feel a little bit better but feel my other physical ailments I was drinking to hide a lot more....best of luck

only natural to go through these feelings at ur age...slowly slowing down is the smart thing to do. I've went through it myself. Just have fun and be safe and all is good. Drink responsibly...I know it's said often, but everyone has a different concept of responsible. Just find your gauge kiddo...life is good
