ok after looking into this just now, and i can't believe i'm trying so hard for 50 bucks, but anyway.
in the 4 post season match-ups they have had 4th Q's of, 37,41,61, and 37. In the 4 regular season match-ups, they had 4th Q'S of 58,53,52, and 45 and i believe those first 3 regular season match-ups were before Bynum went down and they got Gasol.
so with my assumption that the Lakers are going to be in attack close it out mode, and the Spurs will probably be playing from behind, i'll side with the over.

Thanks louisvillekid for your research! I'm taking the over for two main reasons: the game over/under started at 190 and is up 194 at some places. Also, bookmaker has the over/under for the fourth set at 47.5, two full points higher than the line we're looking at. I think that's very significant.
