I believe it's always ladies first. Can't recall any tennis events where the men's final was before the women.

My take is that there was value if you could get Djokovic at 2/1 or better. Now that the line has dropped, I don't see any value in the ML.

Nadal is still the superior player on clay, and aside from a poor first match, he's steamrolled the competition.

Djokovic was steamrolling right along until he went three sets with Murray and needed a tiebreak to win it.

Djokovic has clearly faced tougher opponents, and the way he handled Wawrinka and Soderling was a good sign, but he played after Nadal yesterday and had a long grueling match. Hard to back him.

I also think it would be folly to back Nadal at the 1/2 price you're getting.

The men's final will be after the women's final on tennis channel.

It's going to be at least an hour. Women just finishing the first set.

It was originally scheduled for the women at 8 and the men to follow at 10 or so, depending on when the women finished, but the rain pushed it all back like 3 hours. You're looking at a 1 PM start or later for the men.

I will refrain from any action on this one but i will be rooting for joker to win. I agree with yisman that I would take it at +200 or better and NO WAY IN HELL will I lay -200 or more on nadal here.

This was a no play for me. I kind of think Rafa will win. He is still the King of Clay, he has a bunch of revenge on his mind, and I figure at some point Djoker has start running out of gas. He has played a lot of tennis already this year. But Novak has been by far the best player on the planet for the last 6 months so there is no way I could justify Nadal at -200. I am just watching and enjoying the action. BOL to the rest of you.

Djokovic is playing some seriously inhuman tennis. I've seen guys play at an incredible level for a week maybe, but this has been going on now for months. It is absurd. I have never seen anything like this over this length of time. Even on his great runs, Fed would have a stinker every once in a while (though he'd usually find a way to still win). Novak has been playing as if he is from Krypton.
