This question is for real but I honestly do not know where to....
play poker online? I am sure most people know what is the best site to play at etc etc.. I play poker at our local casino but I have never played online. I am very familiar with funding the sportsbook I play at as well as withdraws. I want to open an account somewhere and have not the slightest clue on where to play. Please let me know a good one and also about the funding methods/withdraw... Thanks in advance!!

Funny you should post that. My dad just asked me the same thing over the weekend. I was going to post the same thing, but I thought I would look like an idiot. Knowing so much about sports gambling but next to nothing about online poker made me timid.

My dad wants to play small money, real cash tournaments at a safe sight that will pay out in the US. Some longtime posters here......your opinions please?

I feel the same way. I was thinking to myself these guys at SBR will probably think " what the hell, is he serious, hahah etc etc" I said screw it I need to know. I have been wagering online for 7 years and I know all I need to know on how things work. I honestly have no clue whatsoever about the poker online. I just want to join to screw around and kill time. I know there are a few good ones to choose from and I just wanted to find out where I should join.

I would either go with FT or PS. Be prepared for massive suckouts and donkeys galore.

                Poker Stars.

They reply to email inquiries within 30 minutes typically.

Full Tilt up to 7 days.

Both pay, both reputable, Stars overall bigger selection of tournaments, SNG's, etc. Full Tilt has higher limits but unless you're looking to sit down with 50-100k it doesn't matter.

I have absolutely no use to play at any other sportsbook. I only was asking about poker. Thanks!

no only party poker shutdown, that was the most notable.

poker stars full tilt both service americans, as does absolute poker etc.

Keep in mind that absolute was caught cheating with some guys who worked for the place playing in games and they could see all the dealt cards. I would like to think it was just limited to absolute but that would be foolish. If they do it there they may do it at other places. In other words, play online poker at your own risk.

I'm not accusing any other place other than absolute. I'm just saying it is possible.

None of which are reasons to avoid the sports book if you already have money there for poker.
