I believe that you need to tact a few things into consideration when banning a person.
If a person is a NON PRO a ban should be PERMANENT. With a chance to re apply in 1 year.
if a person is a PRO then the ban should be 1, 10, 30 days etc.
The reason for this is that when people are pro's SBR knows their real name and can ban them from numerous PRO services.
most Non Pro's that are getting banned are actually Ghosts.
