I meet all of their requirements and they come back and say that I never made a deposit, which is bullshit. For three years, Bet Jam was my ONLY sportsbook while I was in college. I used to ** them $200 at a whack on payday when I was low. Now they're saying that I didn't open the account until 2 years ago....not 5 years ago which is the trust.

I don't use betjam to much anymore after they slashed their rebates in their racebook. They do a pretty good job on payouts and Book to Book. But I have talked to scottie and herman in the past they are pretty helpful IMO. But I will say that CS agents have serious attitude. Not the first to say that. Also, they have some petty rules such as they will confiscate transfer fees if you do a w/d within 72 hours of a deposit even though you have done the required rollover.
