    Mo, question re pumping iron
    Mo, I've been flirting with the idea of going back to a full body routine three times a week for a while, focusing on big compounds of course. Been a long time since I hit each muscle 3 times a week as I've been doing the split thang, hitting each muscle once a week for some time. I read that some say this can lead to accelerated growth while others say it ultimately results in overtraining. You ever play around with this? Looking to shake things up a bit.

    Almost done with my cut



    This was at the end of last month, after a few months of cutting, mo. Now 179-180, depending on the day. Goals:

    1. Increase size of all muscles, specifically get the lats to thicken and widen a bit.

    2. Maintain current BF %.

      You'd have to get a ton of sleep in order to do this. Ive never gone with 3 times a week, i currently go with once a week but i was thinking of going back to twice a week. my biggest problem is not being able to get enough done do to socializing too much in the gym.

        Nice Body Buzzy, If I was a woman I would want to fuk you. I can see how you get in trouble with women.

        Buzzy take one shot of Winstrol per week and you should be fine with 2 days a week full body workout.

              Thanks, pal. I only see my imperfections though. I know I've come a long way but still have so far to go in order to obtain the physique I want.

              What's winstrol? Is that a roid? I'm a natty bodybuilder. No gear.

                That's my main concern -- recovery. I get about 8-10 hrs of sleep a night and did my first full body yesterday with plans on hitting it up again tomorrow. Yesterday I did 2 sets to failure each of squats, deadlifts, benchpress, dips, pullups, rows, barbel curls, shrugs, military presses, tricpes extensions and crunches. My whole body is phucken sore as hell. Phuck me! I'm thinking no way I can repeat the same workout tomorrow. I just got back from a light 30 minute jog in the hopes of flushing out the lactic acid and aiding recovery. I feel a bit looser and less sore so we'll see how the body feels manana morning but I expect that tomorrow will either be an off day or involve a diff workout than yesterday.

                What's your current split, mo?
